*Some features & services (such as phone, text, A.I., email, etc.) may have additional usage fees. This is for accounts integrated. Prices are without convenience fee of paying by credit card. Success coaching in each plan is for a maximum of 1 hour each via Zoom only and are available upon request by client, however coaching sessions do not rollover to the next term (annually, quarterly, monthly) if not previously requested. If coaching sessions are not requested and/or missed, they expire at the end of each term. Any time exceeding the one-hour coaching session will be deducted from future coaching session times. Coaching is intended to be a Zoom call so that Web Wisconsin team member(s) can help assist clients with using and/or understanding better about our services and features. If client chooses to use the coaching session and/or any time during that session for other purposes, they are choosing to do so and their coaching session still expires after the 1 hour session, regardless of how client chose to use that time with our staff. It is also important to understand that success coaching is intended to help you understand and use our features and is not a guarantee of success in your business, sales or service to your customers. Although success coaching is intended to give you a better experience with using our software, features and tools but is not a guarantee that you will understand nor retain such information. Understanding and knowledge of technology and features are different for everyone, and we cannot guarantee that all clients will grasp, retain nor be able to repeat such training and coaching. Some features are available but only upon when requested by client to Provider. Some options, features and/or services that are currently or previously included in specific plans may not always be available as plans can and will change without notice or refund. Plans can be changed in the future based on services and features available. Any and all features & services that are not used during the term of payment and good standing expire after the term of your service, agreement and/or good standing. If you do not use some or any of the features & services listed, they will not and cannot be given or used by you afterwards. All features, tools & services expire when your service term, payment and/or good standing is over. This is to protect Web Wisconsin from anyone seeking to take advantage of us and our services. All features listed are available to client but may not be necessary nor needed by client. If client does not request usage of features, those will be left unused as it is solely the responsibility of the client to request usage, training, access, etc. to specific features.
